DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE

During martial law, orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are not processed on weekends. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery costs are covered by the recipient based on the carrier’s rates. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a TTN (transportation waybill) number to track your parcel.
Important! Upon receiving your order at a postal branch or from a courier, inspect the product carefully for defects, stains, or damage. If any issues are detected upon receipt, you may refuse the order immediately by completing a return form detailing the problem and sending it back. In this case, all logistics costs are covered by the Seller. Please note that returns may be denied if defects are reported after accepting the package.

We ship worldwide via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, DHL Express, except to Russia, Belarus, Iran, Eritrea, North Korea and other countries that sponsor terrorism. Processing time is 2-4 business days.
Delivery times vary: Nova Poshta takes 5-14 days, and Ukrposhta takes 20-30 days from dispatch. Delivery times may be extended due to weather, customs, or other carrier delays beyond our control. Please consider these timelines when ordering.

All orders are shipped officially with tags and necessary documents. VAT applies to all parcels regardless of value. Orders exceeding €150 require a cargo customs declaration (CCD). Recipients are responsible for all customs clearance costs, including VAT, customs duties, and any additional fees, which depend on the destination country's regulations.
