The Buyer’s personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI.
By completing the registration process on the Website and/or filling out the 'Place an Order' form on the Atelier Margo online store website, the Buyer provides their full, unconditional, and indefinite consent to the collection, processing, and use of their information by the Seller, including information that is considered personal data under the applicable laws of Ukraine, exclusively for the following purposes:
- to register and identify the Buyer in the online store;
- to reset the Buyer’s registration password in the online store;
- for marketing purposes, namely: to inform the Buyer via SMS, email, social networks, etc., about news, promotions, and sales conducted by the Seller in the online store, to analyze the product consumption market, determine potential Buyers, and assess their needs for the offered products;

When registering on the Atelier Margo online store website, the Buyer provides the following information: last name, first name, email address, contact phone number, and password for website access.
The information provided by the Buyer is used for order processing and for offering the Buyer commercial proposals from the Seller.
To keep the Buyer informed about the products available on the online store website, the Seller has the right to send informational, including promotional, messages to the Buyer’s email and mobile phone with their consent. The Buyer has the right to opt out of receiving promotional and other information without providing a reason. Service messages informing the Buyer about their order and its processing stages are sent automatically and cannot be declined.
The Seller is not responsible for any information provided by the Buyer on the Website in a publicly accessible form.
The Seller undertakes to prevent unauthorized access to information obtained during phone conversations and/or its transfer to third parties who are not directly involved in order fulfillment, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Information” dated October 2, 1992, No. 2657-XII.
Any information received from the Buyer is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
When paying for orders on the Atelier Margo online store website using payment cards, all transactions are carried out on a secure payment page of the bank, where payment card details must be entered. After a successful transaction (successful payment of the order via the bank’s payment page), the website visitor is automatically redirected to the Atelier Margo order page, where the generated order number is displayed.
The Seller has the right to use the “Cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
